Tradesmen International is actively hiring experienced Commercial Concrete Formers for projects around Phoenix, AZ. This first shift role pays $24-$34/hour, based on experience. Join a crew that values safety, productivity, and superior craftsmanship on site.

Responsibilities include building and stripping gang forms, erecting shoring, setting rebar, and performing stick framing. Candidates must provide their own tools, PPE, and be willing to travel to Casa Grande as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous concrete form carpentry experience.
• Experience building, setting, and stripping gang forms.
• Knowledge of rebar placement and formwork operations.
• Must provide tools of the trade.
• Must wear proper PPE and follow safety rules.
• Willing to travel to Casa Grande, AZ as needed.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and tools.

• Set rebar racks and move rebar to clear tie holes.
• Perform stick framing using plywood and 2x4 materials.
• Work with snap ties, cowbells, and fiberglass Sigma Rod systems.
• Assist with concrete placement activities as required.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment.
• Follow all project safety requirements and jobsite procedures.

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Commercial Concrete Formers for projects located in or around Phoenix, AZ. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $24-$34/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

• Build, set, pour, and strip gang forms
• Erect, place, and remove concrete deck shoring systems
• Set rebar racks and move rebar as needed to clear tie holes
• Perform stick framing using plywood and 2x4 materials
• Work with snap ties, cowbells, and fiberglass Sigma Rod systems
• Assist with concrete placement activities as required
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow all project safety requirements and jobsite procedures

Requirements:

• Experience with concrete deck shoring systems
• Knowledge of rebar placement and formwork operations
• Ability to perform stick framing using plywood and dimensional lumber
• Experience with snap ties, cowbells, and fiberglass Sigma Rod systems preferred
• Must provide tools of the trade
• Must have and be experienced in the proper use of a personal fall protection harness
• Must be willing to travel to Casa Grande, AZ, as project needs require
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools
• Must provide and wear proper PPE
• Must be dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or as part of a crew
