B&B Concrete is seeking a reliable Commercial Concrete Finisher to join our on-site team in Las Cruces, NM. The role involves reading drawings, constructing and positioning formwork, and assisting with concrete placement and finishing per project specs.

The candidate should be capable of lifting, measuring, and setting forms accurately, while maintaining safety standards on site and coordinating with the project team to resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Reads and interprets drawings, prints and specs to guide concrete finishing tasks.
• Builds and assembles wood or metal forms for floors, walls, columns, tilt-walls and elevated slabs.
• Adheres to safety policies and uses PPE and equipment properly.

Responsabilités

• Read and interpret drawings and prints to guide concrete work.
• Build and assemble formwork for concrete structures per specs.
• Set forms to elevations, place reinforcing steel as needed, and align for accurate pours.
• Verify accuracy using plumb line, level, laser, or transit.
• Erect scaffolding and ladders; communicate issues with Foreman or Project Manager.
• Ensure equipment is safe and in good working condition.
• Assist with placing concrete as required; support pour operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
