Responsibilities

• Fulfils incoming service requests and phone calls for Business Banking, Treasury Management and Commercial Clients.
• Owns issues from beginning to end, with responsibility forProviding status updates and final resolution.
• Works with external clients and internal partners to deliver outstanding service on technical requests.
• Prepares and provides supporting documentation for completed research requests.
• Monitors queues and supports escalation and resolution actions in CRM/Remedy.
• Writes correspondence via emails following company standards and guidelines.
