The role focuses on delivering superb customer service, coordinating with field staff, and handling sales, services, payments, invoices, and data logging to keep our office running smoothly. Strong communication and organization are essential as you liaise with clients, pest-control technicians, and the sales team to ensure service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Manage weekly UniFirst-tasks, including billing, complaint resolution, ordering uniforms for new employees, and collecting items from terminated employees.
• Oversee monthly equipment billing and ensure accuracy and timely processing.
• Complete daily team procedures.
• At the beginning of each month, following closeout, prepare and manage the team's KIPs.
• Maintain at least two hours of daily phone coverage and provide additional phone support as needed.
