SuperKleen LLC is hiring a Commercial Cleaning Trainer in San Antonio and surrounding areas. This role focuses on teaching new hires the company’s standard operating procedures, cleaning techniques, safety practices, and quality expectations, with success measured by trainee independence.

Ideal candidates enjoy teaching, leading by example, and helping others succeed, with an evening shift from 5:00 PM to about 11:00 PM and 30–35 hours weekly. Valid driver’s license preferred.

Location: San Antonio & Surrounding Areas Schedule: Evening Shift (5:00 PM – approximately 11:00 PM) Pay: Starting at $14.00 per hour Hours: 30–35 hours per week

Position Overview

SuperKleen LLC is looking for a patient, dependable, and motivated Commercial Cleaning Trainer to help develop new employees into successful members of our team.

As a Trainer, you will work alongside new hires, teaching SuperKleen's Standard Operating Procedures, proper cleaning techniques, safety practices, and quality expectations. Your success is measured by how well your trainees perform independently.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys teaching, leading by example, and helping others succeed.

Responsibilities

• Train new employees on SuperKleen cleaning procedures
