Mister Kleen Maintenance Company, a leading provider of contract cleaning services to high-security and commercial facilities, is seeking a Commercial Cleaning Technician.

The position is part-time with a schedule of 8am-5:30pm on Mon, Wed and Fri; location is Alexandria, VA. Compensation includes USD 17.00 per hour plus benefits. The candidate should meet safety and customer service standards and be able to work the listed shifts.

Responsibilities

• Disinfecting and sanitizing common areas and high-touch points.

• Restocking supplies and inventory.
• Emptying and disposing of trash and recycling bins.
• Vacuuming, mopping, dust mopping, sweeping, and scrubbing floors.
• Cleaning and polishing furniture, fixtures, and elevators.
• Cleaning windows, glass partitions, and mirrors.

Position Objective

Due to continued growth, Mister Kleen Maintenance Company, a leading provider of contract cleaning services to high-security and commercial facilities, is seeking a Commercial Cleaning Technician.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Disinfecting and sanitizing common areas and high-touch points
• High and low dusting, scrubbing, and polishing
• Cleaning bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and mirrors
• Restocking supplies and inventory
• Emptying and disposing of trash and recycling bins
• Vacuuming, mopping, dust mopping, sweeping, and scrubbing floors
• Cleaning and polishing furniture, fixtures, and elevators
• Cleaning windows, glass partitions, and mirrors

Physical demands may include the following on a regular basis:

• Walking and standing
• Climbing
• Bending forward
• Wearing hip/backpack vacuum
• Reaching, grasping, pushing, and pulling
• Lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds, sometimes over the shoulder
