Job Summary: Commercial Office Cleaner
Chappell’s Cleaning Services, LLC is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Commercial Office Cleaner with a minimum of three (3) years of commercial cleaning experience to maintain cleanliness and sanitation in office environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine cleaning tasks to ensure a safe, hygienic, and professional workspace for employees and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust office spaces, hallways, and common areas
- Sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, and high-touch surfaces
- Empty trash and recycling bins and replace liners
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors as needed
- Restock restroom and kitchen supplies
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to management
- Follow company cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Float between multiple locations as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of commercial cleaning experience required
- Must have reliable transportation and the ability to travel between locations
- Must maintain an active cell phone at all times for receiving job assignments and clocking in/out at job sites.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending and standing for extended periods
Schedule & Compensation:
- Flexible shifts (evening and weekend availability are required)
