Job summary

Diversified Maintenance in Wisconsin is seeking a dedicated Janitor to perform all-purpose cleaning and maintenance at client sites. The role requires flexibility to meet each building's needs and to uphold safety and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities include floor care, restroom and common area cleaning, trash disposal, window cleaning, and general upkeep. On-the-job training is provided; a high school diploma or equivalent and 6 months in a janitorial role are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or minimum six months of janitorial experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean all floor surfaces (sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming).
• Follow procedures for chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage.
• Clean, monitor and maintain restrooms, meeting rooms, corridors, entrances.
• Empty trash, use of compactor for certain materials.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors.
