Office Pride of Minneapolis-Rogers is hiring a dependable Team Lead to support employees, ensure quality, and help drive strong customer relationships across our accounts. You will lead, train, and support team members while helping ensure accounts run smoothly and consistently.

This is a leadership role for someone ready to take ownership, grow into management, and maintain open communication with leadership and customers. Competitive hourly pay and advancement opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work.
• Reliable, consistent, and able to follow through.
• Strong communication and leadership ability.
• Comfortable working independently and making decisions in the field.
• Flexible and willing to step in when needed.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach team members to meet company standards.
• Step in to cover call ins and keep operations running smoothly.
• Perform quality checks and proactively address issues.
• Build strong relationships with customers and ensure satisfaction.
• Support quarterly quality meetings and ongoing account performance.
• Assist with walk throughs and service follow up.
• Manage and transport supplies as needed.
