Presidential Cleaning LLC in the Toms River area is hiring a Part-Time experienced Commercial Cleaning Manager / Quality Control Supervisor to oversee our commercial cleaning teams at multiple locations. This is a hands-on management position: you will coach and develop teams, perform quality-control inspections, and personally clean one assigned location each night, while traveling between sites.

• Must be available Monday–Saturday evenings starting at 7:30 PM.

Responsibilities

• Travel between our Toms River locations.
• Perform quality-control inspections.
• Coach, train, and develop cleaning employees.
• Supervise teams and hold employees accountable to company standards.
• Identify areas that need improvement and work directly with employees to correct them.
• Make sure all assigned work is completed properly each night.
• Train new employees.
• Handle employee callouts and help coordinate coverage when necessary.
• Monitor cleaning supplies.
• Monitor employee hours and payroll.
• Communicate directly with ownership.
• Be hands-on and willing to step in and clean whenever necessary.

This is a HANDS-ON management position. You will be responsible for managing, coaching, and developing our cleaning teams, performing quality-control inspections, and cleaning one assigned location yourself each night.

MUST HAVE COMMERCIAL CLEANING EXPERIENCE

• Bi-Lingual a plus (English; Spanish Speaking)

Schedule

• Monday–Saturday evenings
• Approximately 4 hours per night
• Starting at 7:30 PM
