Cleaning Specialists Of WNY is seeking a dependable Lead Commercial Cleaner to oversee cleaning operations at multiple sites in Erie and Niagara County. The role requires strong leadership, hands-on cleaning experience, and the ability to manage schedules and staff.

You'll travel between locations, perform routine inspections, train team members, and ensure facilities are cleaned safely and to standard. This position offers opportunities for advancement and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum commercial cleaning experience required.
• Supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Perform general commercial cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
• Restroom sanitation and restocking; trash removal and floor care.
• Travel between assigned locations to ensure cleaning standards are met.
• Conduct routine inspections and quality checks at job sites.
• Cover employee call-offs and fill in where needed.
• Train and support cleaning staff; communicate staffing and supply needs to management.
• Ensure all facilities are cleaned safely and efficiently.

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Lead Commercial Cleaner to oversee cleaning operations at multiple locations throughout Erie and Niagara County. This position is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and hands-on commercial cleaning experience.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• 7:30 PM - 1:00 AM

Responsibilities

• Perform general commercial cleaning duties including:
  • Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
  • Restroom sanitation and restocking
  • Trash removal and floor care
• Travel between assigned locations to ensure cleaning standards are met
