Job summary

ServiceMaster Clean is seeking dependable candidates for a part-time evening cleaning role in the Neenah/Menasha area. You will travel to multiple locations, perform janitorial duties, and ensure clean, healthy environments for our customers.

Reliable transportation is required and on-the-job training will be provided. Candidates with a strong work ethic who can work independently and at a fast pace will fit well.

Qualifications

• Must be able to travel to multiple locations.
• Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 25lbs.
• Ability to read and follow safety guidelines and use PPE.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties for facilities using provided products, tools and procedures.
• Sweep, mop, polish, remove trash, clean restrooms, windows and dust.
• Maintain a clean and organized cleaning closet and communicate needs to supervisor.

Physical Demands and Qualifications

• Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, reaching
• Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 25lbs
• Will provide on the job training to those with strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred but not required!
• Ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked job is a must.
• Ability to read and follow safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable and on time
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
• Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within the allotted time
• Reliable transportation is required

Responsibilities

• Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, tools and procedures
• Sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash removal, restroom cleaning, windows, dusting etc.
• Maintaining a clean and organized cleaning closet and communicating with supervisor when supplies are needed.
