Job summary

ServiceMaster Restore in Wisconsin seeks dependable part-time janitorial staff for after-5pm shifts in the Neenah/Menasha area. You will perform cleaning duties across client facilities using provided products and PPE, with travel between sites.

No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided. Must have reliable transportation and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Uniforms and PPE provided; candidate should be punctual and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties for facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, tools, and procedures.
• Sweep, mop, polish, remove trash, clean restrooms, windows, dust surfaces.
• Maintain a clean cleaning closet and notify supervisor when supplies are needed.

Physical Demands and Qualifications

• Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, reaching
• Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 25lbs
• Will provide on the job training to those with strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred but not required!
• Ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked job is a must.
• Ability to read and follow safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable and on time
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
• Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within the allotted time
• Reliable transportation is required

• Maintaining a clean and organized cleaning closet and communicating with supervisor when supplies are needed.
