Thank you for your interest in our Area Manager opportunity with a growing commercial cleaning company! Are you a people person who may or may not have experience in commercial cleaning? That's okay, we are outside the box thinkers looking for the right person and not specific experience in this or that field. We were not born with the experience either!

We are looking for someone who is dedicated, hard-working, loves working with people, is an organized self-starter, has a positive attitude, and is committed to excellence and personal growth!

We are a local Commercial Cleaning Company serving the Lakeland and Winter Haven that is looking for an Area Manager for our Lakeland region primarily. This is a hands-on position, not an office position. This position will be working with our team on a daily basis, working with our front-line employees, checking accounts, training new employees, re-supplying accounts, and cleaning.

This position reports to the Operations Manager. The individual selected must be capable of working with little supervision, have good people skills, and be a problem solver.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Managing labor needs in our locations throughout Lakeland and Winter Haven
2. Making sure all services are performed to established standards, and in a timely manner
3. Quality control of area services using customized scorecards
4. Maintaining supply levels weekly
5. Interaction with customers while visiting locations
6. Conflict resolution
7. Tracking and reporting weekly progress reports that are custom made for specific sites
8. Employee recruiting/onboarding
9. Passion for a job well done

FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE, PART-TIME. 20-30 HOURS PER WEEK, EVENING ONLY. TRAVEL AND EVENING HOURS ARE REQUIRED.
