Job summary

Goal Cleaning LLC in King of Prussia, PA is hiring a Commercial Cleaning Sales Representative to grow our client base by finding, pitching, and closing new commercial cleaning accounts, building lasting relationships with clients. This full-time role offers a base salary of $55,000–$80,000 plus uncapped commission and performance bonuses.

High school diploma required; bachelor's in Business or Marketing preferred; B2B sales experience strongly preferred; training provided.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to find and close new business is a big plus.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Self-motivated, and able to work independently and with a team.
• Commercial cleaning or facility services experience is a plus — we’ll train you on services and pricing.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and reach out to business owners, office managers, facility managers, and property managers.
• Conduct site walkthroughs and deliver tailored proposals and presentations.
• Close new accounts and manage client relationships.
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.
