Job summary

Summit Building Services is seeking a part-time janitorial attendant to join our Canton team. This role covers cleaning offices, conference rooms, kitchens, and common areas in a two-office building, with evening shifts after 5pm.

You will perform dusting, disinfecting, sweeping, mopping, restocking supplies, and maintaining equipment, while upholding our standards of reliability and safe work practices. Reliable transportation and pass a background check are required.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to get to and from work.
• Must pass drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Clean offices and common areas: desks, tabletops, dust, vacuum, sweep, mop.
• Disinfect desks and surfaces; restock dispensers and sanitize fixtures.
• Maintain equipment and order supplies; keep janitor's closet organized.
• Use the communication book to request consumables and share facility information.
• Communicate with Area Manager regarding timekeeping, supplies, and client requests.
• Follow all health and safety regulations; perform additional duties as assigned.
• Maintain cleanliness across two offices within the same building.
