Spotless Co. is seeking a Commercial Cleaner to join our team in Wisconsin Rapids. This part-time role offers 20–25 hours weekly, with shifts starting at 5:00 PM Monday through Friday.

You will clean and sanitize facilities, manage supplies, and help maintain a safe, tidy environment for staff and clients. The position emphasizes reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work well with a team or alone.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant cleaning experience preferred.
• Commercial cleaning experience: 2 years (Required)
• Ability to follow verbal directions and maintain safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Clean and supply designated facility areas.
• Perform sweeping, scrubbing, mopping of various floor types.
• Vacuum carpets and perform stain removal as needed.
• Dispose of trash from bins and containers.
• Clean and disinfect walls and cabinets to remove contaminants.
• Sanitize operating rooms and adjacent areas as required.
• Polish furniture and room accessories.
• Clean sinks, bathrooms, windows, and mirrors.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Store and handle products safely; inspect regularly.
• Notify management for repairs and interventions.
• Stock and maintain supply rooms.
• Collaborate with staff and follow health and safety regulations.

Hours:

20 - 25 Hours Per Week (Depending on how many hours you want!)

Starting at 5:00 PM Monday thru Friday.

Schedule is fairly consistent and other facilities may be acquired upon acceptance of position.

Pay:

Starts at $18.00 per hour

Duties to Perform:

• Clean and supply designated facility areas
• Performs general sweeping, scrubbing, mopping of hardwood, laminate, concrete, or tiled floors
• Use vacuuming equipment; vacuum and clean carpets, perform further treatments such as shampoo or stain-removal as needed
• Disposing of trash from bins and containers
• Properly cleaning and disinfecting of facility walls and cabinets to remove any contaminates
• Sanitizing and Disinfecting Operating Rooms and Post/Preoperating Rooms
• Sterile Cleaning
• Polishing furniture and room accessories as needed
• Scrubbing sinks, basins, and toilets in private and public bathrooms
• Cleaning windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors
• Maintaining and upkeep of all cleaning equipment, supplies, and products
• Ensuring safe and sanitary storage and care of products
• Perform and track routine inspection
• Perform and track maintenance activities
• Notify management in case there is a need for repair and interventions
• Stock and maintain supply rooms
• Cooperate with the rest of the staff
• Keeping all public spaces neat and tidyFollow all health and safety regulations

Cleaner requirements:

• Ability to follow verbal directions

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience; or knowledge, skills, and mental ability equivalent to 2 years of high school education
• Physically able to reach, stretch, bend, and walk during the daily routine, with the ability to stand for long lengths of time; physically able to push vacuum cleaner for extended periods of time; physically able to mop for an extended period of time; ability to lift up to 30 to 40 pounds
• Preferred knowledge of various cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Integrity and good interpersonal skills
