Job summary

Kpcjanitorial is seeking a reliable janitorial worker to perform routine cleaning across offices and facilities in the Tennessee area. The role requires attention to detail, ability to follow schedules, and physical stamina to handle cleaning tasks and lift up to 30 lbs.

You'll work a structured evening schedule, with monthly pay and standard cleaning protocols in place. Training and development opportunities are provided to improve efficiency and quality of service.

Qualifications

• Previous commercial or janitorial cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods.
• Dependable, punctual, and professional with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety and cleaning protocols.
• Valid driver's license or reliable transportation to job sites is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine commercial cleaning of offices, facilities, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize floors, restrooms, and surfaces.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners throughout facilities.
• Clean and disinfect high-touch areas including door handles, light switches, and countertops.
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper as needed.
• Follow cleaning schedules and checklists to ensure consistent, quality results.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.

Pay Details

• Pay Schedule: One time per month on the 20th of every month for the month worked prior, i.e., (*Start date in October- first paycheck will be on November 20th. ETC.)
• Pay rate provided upon hire
