Job summary

Spotless Co. is seeking a Commercial Cleaner to join our team in Wisconsin. Hours are 20–25 per week, with shift times starting at 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Clean and supply designated facility areas.
• Sweep, scrub, mop floors (wood, laminate, concrete, tile).
• Vacuum and clean carpets; shampoo or stain removal as needed.
• Dispose of trash; sanitize and disinfect surfaces.
• Sanitize operating rooms and related spaces as required.
• Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors.
• Maintain cleaning equipment, supplies, and products.
• Stock and manage supply rooms; follow safety regulations.
• Cooperate with staff and keep public spaces tidy.

We currently have two (2) openings for this position.

Hours:

20 - 25 Hours Per Week Starting at 5:00 PM Monday thru Friday. Schedule is fairly consistent and other facilities may be acquired upon acceptance of position.

Pay:

• Starts at $17.00 per hour

Now for the nitty-gritty...

Duties to Perform:

• Clean and supply designated facility areas
• Performs general sweeping, scrubbing, mopping of hardwood, laminate, concrete, or tiled floors
• Use vacuuming equipment; vacuum and clean carpets, perform further treatments such as shampoo or stain-removal as needed
• Disposing of trash from bins and containers
• Properly cleaning and disinfecting of facility walls and cabinets to remove any contaminates
• Sanitizing and Disinfecting Operating Rooms and Post/Preoperating Rooms
• Sterile Cleaning
• Polishing furniture and room accessories as needed
• Scrubbing sinks, basins, and toilets in private and public bathrooms
• Cleaning windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors
• Maintaining and upkeep of all cleaning equipment, supplies, and products
• Ensuring safe and sanitary storage and care of products
• Perform and track routine inspection
• Perform and track maintenance activities
• Notify management in case there is a need for repair and interventions
• Stock and maintain supply rooms
• Cooperate with the rest of the staff
• Keeping all public spaces neat and tidy
• Follow all health and safety regulations

Cleaner requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience; or knowledge, skills, and mental ability equivalent to 2 years of high school education
• Physically able to reach, stretch, bend, and walk during the daily routine, with the ability to stand for long lengths of time; physically able to push vacuum cleaner for extended periods of time; physically able to mop for an extended period of time; ability to lift up to 30 to 40 pounds
• Preferred knowledge of various cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Integrity and good interpersonal skills
