Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 years of work experience at the journeyman level and technical schooling.
• Commercial/Industrial air conditioning experience required.
• Knowledge of Chiller, HVAC, and Central Plants.
• HVAC large tonnage field knowledge is required.
• EPA certified.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair central plant equipment and chillers 100 tons and larger.
• Overhaul centrifugal chillers a plus.
• Rigging knowledge.
• Perform daily/monthly preventative maintenance.
• Test, start-ups, and commissioning.
• Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting.
• Work on emergency on-call rotations.
