Job summary

Wachter, Inc. is looking for an experienced Commercial Security & Low Voltage Technician in Philadelphia, PA. This position involves installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining advanced CCTV and networking systems, ensuring compliance with local and federal codes while collaborating with Project Managers on high-quality installations.

Qualifications

• Current, valid state Physical Security license and/or Life Safety license would be a plus.
• Validated driver's license with a clean record.
• Familiarity with safety certifications for lift operation.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain various commercial CCTV systems.
• Run low-voltage Cat 6 cabling through commercial buildings.
• Ensure all systems satisfy customer contracts and meet local and federal codes.

Skills

Knowledge of cabling infrastructure

Certifications for operating lift equipment

Ability to read blueprints

Experience with CCTV systems
