Commercial Casualty Claims Injury and Litigation Manager

Salary: Starting at $126,500 - $151,500, commensurate with experience and location

This is a Remote position

The Commercial Insurance Industry in the United States is a $300 billion market designed to protect business owners and continues to grow.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented leader to join our team. As a Commercial Claims Injury and Litigation Manager, you will oversee the claims technical activities of Claim or Staff operations. Responsibilities include managing claim Supervisors who handle investigation and settlement of claims, providing guidance on complex technical or procedural issues, managing claim-related expenses, vendor management, and recommending procedural improvements as needed.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of Trucking Claims Leadership experience
• 2+ years of litigation experience
• 2+ years of experience with high exposure injury losses
• Excellent communication skills, able to speak clearly, empathically, and professionally by telephone
• Ability to follow complex instructions, resolve conflicts, and prioritize effectively
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Ability to learn and apply technical and procedural information
• Willingness to work in any GEICO office location with a hybrid schedule
