Job summary

Aerotek is hiring carpenters and concrete laborers for permanent positions in La Crosse, Wisconsin. The role involves working on foundations, walls, and flatwork across commercial, industrial, agricultural, and multi-family projects. You will contribute to forming, pouring, finishing, and building tasks as part of a 38-person team.

Typical hours are Monday–Friday, 6:30am–4:30pm, with pay ranging from $21 to $35 per hour. Benefits include medical, dental & vision, 401(k), and more.

• Experience performing general carpentry tasks on commercial jobsites.
• Ability to perform rough carpentry, framing, and drywall installation.

Responsibilities

• Perform general carpentry tasks and general labor on commercial jobsites.
• Engage in rough carpentry, framing, concrete work, and drywall installation.
• Participate in construction, carpentry, and demolition activities.
• Proficiency in framing, concrete, drywall, and rough carpentry.
• Assist with framing, wall construction, and general building work.
• Set forms and finish concrete for foundations and flatwork.
• Support masonry operations including brick laying and block work.
