Leapros Skilled Trades in Kaukauna, WI is actively hiring a Concrete Laborer/Finisher – Flatwork for a contract-to-perm opportunity with a commercial contractor. The role covers multiple Wisconsin locations with an initial project in Sun Prairie and travel to Appleton and Green Bay areas, requiring reliability and punctuality on active sites.

The job demands experience with concrete placement and finishing, tool proficiency, and willingness to travel as project schedules require.

Qualifications

• Previous concrete flatwork experience required.
• Able to assist with forming, pouring, spreading, and leveling.
• Willingness to travel for out-of-town projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist with commercial concrete flatwork projects across multiple Wisconsin jobsite locations throughout the engagement.
• Prepare areas for concrete placement, including layout and forming activities prior to each pour.
• Assist with forming, pouring, spreading, and leveling concrete during active commercial pours.
• Operate screeds, floats, trowels, edgers, and other concrete hand tools continuously throughout pours.
• Perform concrete finishing tasks based on experience level under the direction of experienced finishers.
• Support setup, breakdown, and cleanup of work areas before and after each pour.
• Follow direction from the foreman and work cooperatively with the crew to maintain jobsite productivity.
• Adhere to all jobsite safety requirements and OSHA safety protocols throughout each shift.
