  • Develop and maintain reporting and dashboards related to contract status, obligations, customer commitments, NRE recovery, approvals, and commercial metrics.
  • Promote consistent contract terms, negotiation strategies, approval workflows, governance standards, and process discipline across the organization.
  • Collaborate with Legal and business stakeholders to support contract negotiations, amendments, and interpretation of commercial terms.
  • Establish scalable processes and best practices that improve commercial governance, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
What You Bring

  • Strong understanding of commercial agreements, statements of work (SOWs), purchasing terms, manufacturing agreements, non‑disclosure agreements, and customer onboarding processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret contractual obligations and translate them into actionable business requirements for cross‑functional teams.
  • Strong business acumen with an understanding of financial, operational, engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain considerations.
  • Experience managing complex projects and coordinating activities across multiple stakeholders and departments.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands and manage multiple customer programs simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with experience identifying risks, trade‑offs, and practical business solutions.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
