Responsibilities include daily boiler operations, records, PM tasks, monthly safeties testing, annual tuning, and monitoring chemical feeds and emissions. Candidates must have 4-year apprenticeship or technical schooling and 5+ years AC experience.

Qualifications

• Requires 4-year apprenticeship or technical schooling.
• 5+ years of commercial air conditioning experience.
• Available for emergency call outs.
• Team player capable of coordinating with other trades and client staff.
• Rule 1415 certified.
• EMS experience a plus (Staefa/Siemens).
• Valid driver's license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily operations of boilers.
• Complete daily checks and maintain records.
• Perform PM maintenance and repairs to boilers and equipment.
• Perform monthly testing of all safeties.
• Complete annual tuning and inspections of boilers.
• Monitor chemical feeds for boiler systems.
• Monitor exhaust/stack emissions.
