Job summary

Mesa Energy Systems has an immediate need for a Boiler Technician to follow preventative maintenance, troubleshoot, test and repair boiler controls and system components.

The position requires completing a 4-year apprenticeship or technical schooling, 5+ years of commercial air conditioning experience, and the ability to respond to emergency calls. Valid driver’s license and Rule 1415 certification are required.

Qualifications

• 4-year apprenticeship or technical schooling required.
• 5+ years of commercial air conditioning experience required.
• Available for emergency call outs.
• Team player and able to work with other trades and client staff.
• Rule 1415 certified.
• EMS experience (Staefa/Siemens) is a plus.
• Valid driver's license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily operations of boilers.
• Perform daily checks and maintain operating records.
• Perform PM maintenance and repairs to boilers and equipment.
• Monthly testing of all safeties.
• Annual tuning and inspections of boilers.
• Monitor chemical feeds for boiler systems.
• Monitor exhaust/stack emissions.
