1st Source Corporation is seeking a Corporate Trainee to participate in a department-spanning curriculum designed to provide an overview of the Commercial Banking Development role. You will meet with department managers and staff to observe and learn new skills.

This program emphasizes training completion, understanding lines and staff functions, and compliance with applicable laws and company policies while building your skills for a successful career in banking.

Qualifications

• Prior banking experience preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, analytical and presentation skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of staff.
• Good PC skills--proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel essential.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.

Responsabilités

• Transition through departments on a defined curriculum to learn the Commercial Banking Development role.
• Meet with department managers and staff to observe and learn new skills.
• Complete training and pass exams, with regular attendance and compliance training.
• Support goals for the first year with the Manager, Employee Engagement and Talent Development.
