Qualifications

High School diploma or GED with a minimum of 3 years banking experience.
Experience servicing Commercial clients and knowledge of banking products and workflows.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear client updates.
Ability to follow bank policies and maintain documentation standards.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary in-person Commercial client servicing contact at the branch.
Handle onboarding, account maintenance, money movement, research, and routine service needs.
Perform transaction review decisions and basic Treasury servicing within guidelines.
Maintain clear, timely communication with clients and internal partners.
Build and deepen client relationships through reliable service and follow-through.
Identify and refer expansion opportunities to Relationship Managers or Retail partners.
