Based onsite in Birmingham, Alabama, interns work 40 hours per week, engage with relationship managers and credit analysts, and participate in training, mentorship, and networking opportunities to build their professional skills.

Qualifications

• GPA of 3.4 preferred.
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Mathematics, Accounting, Finance, or related field; rising senior graduating in 2028.

Responsibilities

• Participate in internship program activities, including workshops, training sessions, and special projects.
• Conduct market research and financial analysis to identify client needs and tailor banking solutions.
• Assist with financial spreads, due diligence on potential borrowers or guarantors, and loan document reviews.
• Collaborate with relationship managers, credit analysts, and team leaders to support real-time business initiatives.
• Support marketing activities to enhance client engagement and promote banking services.
• Prioritize tasks, maintain attention to detail, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
