Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree student with sophomore, junior or senior standing at internship start date.
• Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Commercial Banking, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Coursework in Financial Accounting, Managerial Accounting, Financial Statement Analysis, Corporate Finance, Business Analytics, or Commercial Banking.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured corporate internship programming including orientation and workshops.
• Gain hands-on exposure to Commercial Banking and C&I lending by working with banking professionals.
• Support the Chicago Commercial Banking team through financial analysis and portfolio reviews.
• Assist with evaluating financial information and supporting credit underwriting and risk assessment activities.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers and Credit professionals to support client relationships.
