Job summary

SouthState Bank seeks a Commercial FSR to manage depository accounts, maximize profitability, and drive relationship building. You will coordinate with Commercial Relationship Managers and Consumer teams to expand deposits and service clients in a fast-paced bank environment.

Role requires 5+ years banking experience (or 3+ with a bachelor’s) and familiarity with treasury services. Travel may be required; Denver location and Colorado pay range apply.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 5 years of banking experience, preferably in a customer service/sales/FSR position.
• Previous experience managing depository relationships preferred.

Responsibilities

• Opens new deposit accounts and understands the financial services offered by the bank while specializing in business and treasury products and services.
• Serves as primary contact between customer/retail/treasury management to ensure a seamless process for customers (ex. Coordinate account opening).
• Seeks the opportunity for new depository or treasury management business within existing portfolio and through networking with new customers.
• Serves customers quickly, accurately, efficiently and confidentially according to the SouthState Bank Gold Customer Service Standards and within established limits.
• Addresses customer concerns and/or issues with courtesy and discretion with a focus on satisfying the customer.
