Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting required.
• 7+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Corporate Finance, Planning & Analysis and/or Accounting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering against deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with ability to present to executives.
• Proven ability to manage and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with corporate financial analytics and understanding of a bank's balance sheet, P&L and key drivers.

Responsibilities

• Lead dialogue with senior business leadership and stakeholders to provide information on trends, financial performance, and industry context.
• Develop and present qualitative and quantitative financial analyses for internal clients including senior management.
• Prepare presentation materials and financial analytics for quarterly reviews and budgeting processes.
• Create, maintain and review financial models and analyses (recurring and ad-hoc).
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on key issues impacting clients/business to identify root causes and solutions.
• Partner with Business Management and Analytics teams to develop insightful reporting and drive data-driven decision making.
• Drive value by simplifying processes, accelerating automation, and enhancing analytics and business support.
• Lead and manage a team.
