Job summary

Western Alliance Bank, a unit of Western Alliance Bancorporation, seeks a Credit Analyst for its Atlanta operations. You will spread and analyze financial data on clients, develop credit studies for senior staff, and prepare credit reports.

You will collaborate across bank groups to support treasury and foreign exchange products, ensuring compliant loan packages for new and restructured loans. An Accounting background and a 3.0+ GPA are preferred.

Qualifications

• Completion of an Accounting course.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher is required.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• An interest in working in Commercial Banking.
• Ability to self-motivate and work productively without supervision.
• Entry level speaking and writing communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Spread, manage and maintain financial background information on present and prospective customers.
• Develop credit studies for Loan Officers, Chief Credit Officer and other Executive Management.
• Prepare a variety of credit department reports.
• Collaborate with Bank groups to execute treasury management products, foreign exchange instruments, derivatives and legal documents.
