Job summary

First Community Bank is seeking a Banking Professional in Virginia to support corporate banking operations. The role focuses on facilitating loan processes, onboarding client relationships, and coordinating with treasury services and credit departments to ensure seamless service for commercial clients.

Ideal candidates bring at least two years of banking experience, strong communication, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Effective organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to utilize computer technology with proficiency in software used by the FCB CBO.
• Ability to travel as needed, including occasional overnight travel.
• Salary range is based on market data and commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with CRMs, Corporate staff, and Portfolio Managers.
• Facilitate the loan process on new loan production.
• Forward correspondence to attorneys and title companies for pending and closing loans.
• Collaborate with Treasury Services Representatives to provide client service for bank accounts and treasury services.
• Coordinate with the commercial credit department providing information on behalf of CRMs and loading small business and commercial credits for approval.
• Support onboarding of bank relationship for customers including deposit and loan relations while maintaining positive relationships.
• Serve as a liaison for administrative tasks related to the commercial relationship.
• Complete training as assigned within the expected timeframes.
• Support the bank’s mission, vision, and values by upholding Company Standards of Conduct.

• Focus on overall onboarding of bank relationship for customers to include deposit and loan relationships while maintaining positive and professional customer relationships.


• Serve as a liaison for administrative tasks related to the commercial relationship.


• Complete training, as assigned, within the expected timeframes.

• The salary range is based on market data associated with the position and where the pay rate falls within the range is commensurate with experience, education, and other qualifications.

Salary Description

$22.23 - $33.35 per hour - Salary Grade 7*
