Job summary

Advance-Auto-Parts is seeking a professional-level sales associate to support advanced commercial functions and drive profitable growth through customer retention and expansion. The role partners with the GM to manage team members, dispatch drivers, and maintain stocking programs, with expert knowledge of automotive systems and parts.

The position requires strong English communication, experience in automotive parts, and the ability to source from multiple channels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; ASE certification preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of automotive parts experience.
• Ability to supervise daily tasks and lead teams.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems.
• Spanish language skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals.
• Provide day-to-day supervisory support for Team Members.
• Collaborate with GM on coaching and developmental needs for Team Members.
• Dispatch drivers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain commercial stocking programs.
• Build and maintain a network of second source suppliers.
• Maintain core bank and commercial returns.
• Partner with GM to ensure proper driver coverage.
