Gallagher Bassett is seeking a Claims Adjuster specialized in Auto Liability to support clients in the Tulsa area. This hybrid role requires in-office presence three days a week and emphasizes thorough claim evaluation, communication, and resolution.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of claims experience, appropriate licensure, and solid knowledge of industry standards. You will interact with clients and claimants while upholding company policies and delivering empathetic service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years related claims experience.
• Appropriate licensing and/or certification in all states in which claims are being handled.
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices.
• Computer experience with related claims and business software.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve Auto Liability claims, applying claims experience and analytical skills to make informed decisions.
• Work in partnership with clients to deliver solutions and enhance the claims management process.
• Think critically, solve problems, plan, and prioritize activities to best serve clients.
• Communicate with claimants, clients, and internal teams to ensure timely resolution and documentation.
• Handle claims consistently with client and corporate policies and procedures.

• Jurisdictional Experience: OK
• Active Adjusters' licenses: OK
• Location: Must reside in or near Tulsa, Oklahoma. This role is a hybrid work arrangement - you will be required to be in the office 3 days a week.

How You'll Make An Impact

• Apply claims management experience to execute decision-making to analyze claims exposure, plan the proper course of action, and appropriately resolve claims.
• Interact extensively with various parties involved in the claim process to ensure effective communication and resolution.
• Provide exceptional customer service to our claimants on behalf of our clients exhibiting empathy through each step of the claims process
• Handle claims consistent with clients' and corporate policies, procedures, and standard methodologies in accordance with statutory, regulatory, and ethics requirements.
• Document and communicate claim activity timely and efficiently, supporting the outcome of the claim file.

About You

As a key member of our Claims Adjuster team, you will:

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve Auto Liability claims, applying your claims experience and analytical skills to make informed decisions and bring claims to resolution.
• Work in partnership with our clients to deliver innovative solutions and enhance the claims management process
