Job summary

biBerk is seeking a Commercial Auto Claims Representative - Property Damage for a 90-day temporary assignment. Fully remote in the United States. You will evaluate and resolve auto claims, handle First and Third Party damages, and maintain claim files.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and claims investigation skills, with an expected pay of $37-40/hour and potential conversion based on performance. Shift is 10-7 PM EST; occasional travel may be required for conferences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of auto PD claims experience (Auto PD) or 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Cargo, In-Tow, and Total Loss Claims experience from start to finish preferred.
• Experience in investigating coverage, writing coverage letters.
• Experience in presenting files in round table discussions.

Description

The Commercial Auto Claims Adjuster will be responsible for evaluating and resolving all components of first and third-party auto claims. This position will require solid knowledge of auto claims adjusting practices, as well as the ability to deliver excellent customer service.

This is a temporary position with an expected assignment time of 90 days. There is potential for conversion upon completion of the assignment depending on performance, attendance, and team needs.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Bachelor's degree not required with 3+ years of claims experience (Auto PD) or 5+ years of relevant experience
