Responsibilities include investigating losses, reviewing estimates and records, and processing payments while maintaining accurate claims files. Travel may be required for conferences and meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• 5 years of experience handling property damage claims.
• Cargo, In-Tow, and Total Loss Claims experience from start to finish.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Experience in investigating coverage and writing coverage letters.
• Experience presenting files in round table discussions.
• Strong organizational and computer skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
• Willingness to travel for conferences and meetings if required.

The Commercial Auto Claims Adjuster will be responsible for evaluating and resolving all components of first and third-party auto claims. This position will require solid knowledge of auto claims adjusting practices, as well as the ability to deliver excellent customer service.

• Strong organizational and computer skills
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize

In accordance with pay transparency laws and regulations, the following good faith compensation range estimate is being provided. The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year. Final compensation will be based on candidate qualifications, geographic location, and other considerations permitted by law.
