YO AI Labs is seeking experienced Commercial Attorneys to support a confidential legal AI project. You will review agreements, perform redlines, and provide legal analysis to help train and evaluate AI systems, working remotely based in the US with contractor status.

The role emphasizes contract drafting, negotiations, and technology transactions, with a focus on clear legal writing and independent, deadline-driven work.

Competenze

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active U.S. bar admission.
• 4+ years of transactional legal experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial contract provisions, including limitation of liability, indemnification, confidentiality, and data protection.
• Experience in technology transactions is a plus.

Job Summary
