Job summary

BrightPath Engineering in Las Vegas is seeking a skilled Commercial Architect to design and oversee commercial buildings such as offices, retail and hospitality venues. You will collaborate with clients, engineers and contractors to deliver designs that meet functional goals, budgets and schedules.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Architecture, at least 3 years of commercial experience, and proficiency with AutoCAD or Revit.

Salary $1500 per month

We are hiring a skilled Commercial Architect to join our team in Las Vegas As a Commercial Architect you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices retail spaces and hospitality establishments You will work closely with clients engineers and contractors to ensure that your designs meet their needs and are completed within budget and on time

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to discuss their requirements and understand the purpose and function of the building
• Create detailed drawings and 3D models using computer-aided design CAD software
• Develop design concepts that are functional aesthetically pleasing and compliant with building codes and regulations
• Coordinate with engineers to ensure structural integrity of the building design
• Work closely with contractors to monitor construction progress and make necessary adjustments to the design as needed
• Conduct site visits to ensure that the construction is following the approved plans
• Prepare project proposals estimates budgets and timelines for client approval
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or changes in design

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Architecture or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working as an architect in commercial projects
• Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients engineers contractors and other team members
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectivelyAttention to detail for accurate drawings and specifications
