Job summary

Qatar Wellness Network in Atlanta is seeking a talented Commercial Architect for a full-time role. You will collaborate with clients to understand vision, develop detailed design plans, produce 3D models and renderings, and oversee budgets and schedules to ensure projects stay on track.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, has at least three years of commercial-architecture experience, and is proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or similar software.

Qualifications

We are seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our dynamic team in Atlanta. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of 1300$ per month.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for the project
• Develop detailed design plans including blueprints, specifications and cost estimates
• Work closely with engineers, contractors and other professionals to ensure designs are feasible and meet safety standards
• Create 3D models and renderings to help clients visualize the final product
• Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget
• Oversee construction progress to ensure it aligns with design plans and client expectations
• Provide guidance and support to junior architects on the team

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Architecture or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial architecture
