Aufgaben

• Submit medical insurance claims to commercial, auto and liability carriers.
• Adhere to billing requirements and standards of compliance.
• Ensure all claims are filed electronically where possible.
• Process claims identified from insurance discovery.
• Verify treatment authorization numbers when applicable.
• Understand HCFA codes for billing and payment processing.
• Review explanation of benefits/remittance advice for accuracy.
• Document billing activity in the AR system clearly and timely.
• Collaborate with denials team to address recurring issues.
• Meet daily productivity goals and deadlines.
