Commercial Service Technician - Sarasota, FL area

Commercial Appliance Parts & Service is seeking qualified Commercial Service Technicians for our team in Sarasota and the surrounding areas. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing commercial cooking and refrigeration equipment at customer locations.

Responsibilities of a Commercial Service Technician

• Install, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial cooking, refrigeration, and ware washing equipment
• Provide excellent customer service and meet expectations on every service call
• Complete service calls promptly
• Identify new customers and opportunities within existing accounts
• Participate in after-hours and weekend on-call schedules
• Maintain service vehicle and order necessary parts
• Lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly; up to 100 pounds with assistance

Qualifications

• Experience in cooking, refrigeration, or related military fields. Veterans encouraged to apply
• EPA Universal Certification
• Electrical, electronic, and mechanical skills
• Excellent customer communication skills
• Successful drug screen and criminal background check
• Must be at least 18 years old
