Duffy's AIS seeks a Commercial Appliance Service Technician to diagnose and repair commercial kitchen equipment, including ovens, fryers, dishwashers, and refrigeration. The role offers a full-time schedule with a company van that you can take home after shifts and opportunities for ongoing training and advancement.

Ideal candidates have strong electrical/mechanical skills, solid customer communication, and a commitment to reliability.

• 100% dedication to working hard, being on time, and staying organized.
• Computer literacy.
• Completion of a satisfactory drug screen is required.
• Valid Driver’s license and driving record that aligns with our safety standards.
• Must be at least 18 yrs of age.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair cooking equipment.
• Work safely and ethically, be honest and committed in your work.
• Treat customers and employees with respect, courtesy and professionalism.
• Complete service calls in a timely manner.
• Communicate effectively with customers, manager, dispatcher, and sales.
• Participate in normal rotation of after-hours and weekend standby duty.
• Identify new customers and additional opportunities within existing accounts.
• Maintain service vehicle in accordance with recommended service intervals; order parts and complete required paperwork.
• Attend remote and in-person training sessions.

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 Full-time

We're seeking a skilled and motivated Service Technician to join our team! Want to drive a company van home and represent a team that values you as more than just a number? Once skill levels are achieved, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing commercial kitchen equipment such as ovens, fryers, dishwashers, refrigeration & more.

Job Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, Diagnose, and Repair Cooking Equipment

Desired Characteristics:

• Two years of cooking equipment service (or related military) experience
• Refrigeration/ HVAC experience
• EPA 608 Certificatio n
• CFESA Certification and Factory training
