Job summary

Red Nucleus is seeking Analysts to join the Commercial Advisory team starting Summer 2027, offering hands-on training, real client exposure, and a clear path to building foundational consulting skills in the life sciences space.

This hybrid role provides opportunities to work on commercialization, product planning, launches, and marketing/sales initiatives for life sciences clients, with potential Senior Analyst placement based on experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, public health, health economics, business, economics, or related discipline.
• 0-2 years of experience in management/strategy consulting, life sciences strategy, or related field
• Demonstrated interest in healthcare, life sciences, or business strategy
• Strong research, analytical, and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to synthesize complex information and communicate findings clearly
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative, adaptable, and proactive approach to problem-solving
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

• Support project capabilities and proposal development by working with the project team to provide relevant secondary and primary research; identify gaps in information
• Bring structure to vaguely defined problems, pragmatically scope problem solving approach, and manage execution and effectively delegate
• Manage up and down to secure timely and appropriate input
• Structure and review deliverables
• Ensure excellent internal team communication
• Directly apply senior feedback in creation of materials and deliverables
• Capture key takeaways from client and internal discussions, external stakeholder discussions
• Conduct primary research interviews and extract insights for team discussion strategic recommendations
• Prepare project deliverables for senior review in timely manner and in accordance with highest quality standards

Launch your consulting career with Red Nucleus's Commercial Advisory team, supporting Senior Consultants on projects including commercialization, new product planning, product launch, and marketing/sales initiatives for life sciences clients. What You Bring
