Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks an experienced leader to define and prioritize the Commercial advanced analytics roadmap, partnering with Commercial leadership and the enterprise AI team to drive impact across field and home-office orchestration.

You will own the analytics pipeline, establish governance, and translate model results into trusted business insights, building a high-ROI AI program with cross-functional teams, Python/SQL execution, and cloud data platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in quantitative field; MS/PhD preferred.
• 15+ years in pharma/biotech commercial analytics.
• Fluency with commercial data assets and semantic layer.
• Partnering experience bringing ML/AI into production; ML lifecycle knowledge.
• Hands-on Python and SQL; cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize the roadmap for Commercial advanced analytics and AI use cases.
• Own the analytics pipeline and improve customer engagement via orchestration.
• Govern enterprise intake, prioritization, and governance of use-cases.
• Specify business, data, and success requirements for models/tools; deploy and optimize.
• Validate results during testing and phased roll-outs.
• Manage day-to-day analytics operations and translate results into insights.
• Develop semantic layer enhancements enabling self-service and natural-language queries.
• Represent Commercial requirements in vendor evaluations.

Education

Bachelor’s in a quantitative field (statistics, data science, computer science, or engineering)
