F&M Bank in Ohio seeks a Commercial & Ag Loan Assistant to manage loan documents and nurture customer relationships. You will support loan closings and assist Bankers with application requirements, ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout the process.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 2 years of related Commercial Ag loan documentation experience.
• Notary Public Commission; can be obtained on the job.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsabilités

• Audit customer profiles for taxes, financial statements, licenses, and insurance.
• Review loan documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Enter data into Word/Excel and organize financial information for credit evaluation.
• Process new and renewal loan notes and record documentation properly.
• Assist Portfolio Managers and Commercial Ag Bankers and schedule closings.
• Communicate with customers by phone, in writing, or electronically as needed.
• Adhere to bank policies, AML/BSA/OFAC regulations and pass related tests.
• Support the Commercial & Ag Loan Assistant Supervisor on special projects.
