Job summary

ALKEME Insurance seeks an Assistant Account Manager to help Senior/Account Managers service commercial client accounts. The role involves processing delegated work, maintaining client data, and supporting quotations, binders, certificates, and invoicing.

Based in The Hive – Sandy, UT, you will collaborate with the team, pursue development, and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and vendors while staying informed on industry changes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience as an Account Assistant; 3 years preferred.
• Active Property and Casualty Broker/Agent license required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate detail in the Applied EPIC system.
• Submit applications to the market and follow up for quotations.
• Review audits and policies; issue binders, endorsements, COIs.
• Process mail and phone requests; respond timely.
• Assist clients with claims reporting and premium financing options.
• Prepare proposals for new and renewed accounts; perform online rating.
