Cloud Software Group is seeking a Renewal Specialist to own the end-to-end renewal process for a portfolio of commercial accounts. You will lead negotiations to minimize churn, protect margins, and secure multi-year contracts while partnering with Customer Success, Field Sales and Product to communicate value and resolve blockers.
